Very Angry

I tried getting KFC with the Uber Eats App. Went to check out. Money came off my account but no order was placed. My food items are still in my cart. The app wants me to checkout again. This I won't do as they will just take my money again. Have contacted them . No feedback from Uber Eats. Customer service does not exist it seems.
