UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

So please explain the following. Order through Uber eats, tracks driver to the pick up, driver stands off for almost 20 minutes....and BAM....order cancelles. No explanation, no reason, just "sorry, cancelled and you were refunded". So there goes my lunch order. Try to order an Uber ride, driver accepts ride, asks where Im going, I reply with my destination (because heaven knows I didnt already enter my destination upon requesting the ride)....and BAM....cancelled. Please tell me WHAT ON EARTH IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS ULTIMATE UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE??!!
