UTTERLY DISGUSTED!!

So disgusted at the service. Placed an order and got no notification on the app to say food is on the way or been delivered, then decide to check and see that it has been delivered by a MOEGAMMAD guy. I phone the takeaway place and they advise me that its a normal thing amongst the drivers, the take off with the food or if they get lost or wait for you to come out then they just drive off(*****) the food. Previously if I did not check the app, customer care would phone to say that the driver is outside or the driver would send an in app message but nothing like this was done. And the poor feedback,assistance and service you get from the company itself is beyond disgusting.!!!!!!!!!
