Utter dissapointment with Ubereats support.

Launched a order enquiry 10 minutes after order was delivered for missing items... Got automated response saying that they will investigate and let us know... 1.5 months later no response....

Tried following up just to get a automated response to say that its too late to launch a complaint now... I mean seriously...

I am beyond furious... Might not have been an expensive item but the point is we pay for a service that doesnt get delivered as promised and then they cant even take the time to respond to us... How does that even work.
