Absolutely disgusting customer service.

I placed an order with UberEats and even allowed for delay time because of my lunch break. Note in my order was also an order for a pregnant woman. Almost 45 minutes go by and the app says that there is a delay. I attempt to call the "delivery partner" to which my call goes unanswered. There is absolutely no other way to get assistance from Uber or to even speak to anyone regarding my issue. Your "help" button is absolutely USELESS you should just remove it.
