Useless, useless at a time where they are are supposed to be retaining customers!!!

I decided to give this useless app another chance and they surely disappointed me! My order never arrived and after immediately sending an email to support "Ayesha" emails saying my issue was addressed in another email/thread but funny enough hers is the only email I received basically saying I won't be assisted, what kind of support is that where even if you explain I have not been assisted they still refuse that I have? If you know what is good for you refrain from using this app it may work the 1st couple of times but after that all your going to get is a whole bunch of issues and copy and paste responses with no actual assistance.
