USELESS UberEats APP AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I accidentally placed an order For Mochachos (Ferndale) and immediately cancelled the order, but was charged. The customer support is the worst. I cant even claim my refund.

I spoke to one of the support guys and he told me to click help and describe my issue and that I can even send a picture. The options for the issues with order are useless, stated my issue and even took a screenshot of the order but still nothing. Now my money is gone, just like that.
