Useless UberEats

I would give them 0 starts but unfortunately I can’t.

I placed an order with UberEats for delivery as I received a voucher for R150, once I placed the order the voucher was not app****. I automatically requested that the order be cancelled as the voucher wasn’t app**** or if ubereats can apply the voucher and I pay the balance in.

Soon after the food order of R185 was cancelled but I was left with a cancellation fee of R172.

Why would I cancel a food order just to pay in full and not receive the food at all? No one would do that.
