Useless UberEats

Second time in a row we have ordered through UberEats and the second time we have been greatly disappointed. They say and estimated time but 40-50 minutes, but you en up waiting for over two hours. We have kids and we deliberately ordered 17:15 and the food arrived at 19:18? how do you explain this to a 4 and 6 year old? Never use them again!
