Useless Uber Eat is a **** who fail to do simple thing! Never ever Use them

I have ordered a Chicken Licken at Kempton Park, using Uber Eats, and the driver delivered to the wrong address, I called the Chicken Licken and they told me the driver is still on his way I should wait waited outside for more than 30 mins while the distance is less than 3km, when I check my order it says delivered and I called again they told me nothing they can do as Chicken Licken I should speak to Uber Eat, I launched a complain with Uber Eat, and their respond is sorry they can't do anything as their driver done the protocol.

To my suprise on which protocol the driver followed? Driver delivered to the wrong address, never called me! Worse of all the picture he took as delivery it is a picture of my order inside his bike box. This is a worse service I ever experience in my life.
