Useless Support

Their help support are completely useless.

My account was hacked - a large purchase was made from a store that doesn't exist.

I asked for assistance in the funds being reversed and for the **** store to be taken down - still no response over 2 months.

Zero security and zero assistance. What a terrible experience.
