Useless service provider, *******, no accountability

I made an order for a pizza at around 17:30 today I actually made two orders from different suppliers or retailers. The one from Romans pizza Sandridge did not arrive. I logged it on the app without success and instead of them Refunding me they told me to rate the restaurant how when the driver stole my food? I am very upsetting cause I paid R160 for a pizza that costs R119. I subsequently went to the restaurant and was informed that the driver took the pizza and some drivers from MrD mentioned that this is a modus operandi that ubereats drivers do and theres no consequence management and no discipline. I want my money ubereats better pay me back. I am officially deleting their app. *********** service provider.
