Useless service!!!

There was ***** commited with my business bank card.

I dont mind the amount for now. But they refuse to give me a invoice so i can give it to my accountant.

They rather send me a message saying that i must send them a request from the account in question.

How must i access a persons account i dont know.

All i want is a invoice for my accountant. I already blocked my card
