Useless service

Useless service ever, I was suppose to receive my order at 16:30 , now is 5:35, the agents that I was communicating with were useless, first 1 wa ababer then the second one was zabdul7. Zabdul7 cancelled my order when I was still communicating with him/her. All I need now is my full refund
