Useless service

So disillusioned with Uber Eats. I ordered food for my kids for lunch while at work with me. The driver got lost and could not find us, even though we are on a main road in a well known medical centre. Some on the phone 3 times and still he couldn't find us and eventually gave up. Then I decided it must have just been the driver and gave them another chance for supper tonight. The food has been waiting at the restaurant for 45 minutes and they still have not been able to find a driver???? Support chat is of absolutely no help. They just say stuff to try and placate you like 'remember that delivery times are only an estimate'. 2 hours for food delivery?? I don't think so. Won't use this service again.
