Useless, insulting, frustrating support after R200 voucher I paid for doesn't work

I purchased a voucher from SAA Voyager for R200 which was mailed to me I app**** it and got a fail, so now it won't work. I sent ALL the details of the fail, including the screenshot as requested Some total idiot in the call centre is pasting back extracts from the help webpage, which I obviously already went through and not trying to diagnose my problem This has wasted hours now tonight and I had already invited people for a meal so had to order elsewhere so this has cost me big time and I still don't have the value from the voucher back
