USELESS COMPANY WITH USELESS SUPPORT SYSTEM

my delivery address was incorrect, Delivery guy requested I send them the code to change delivery address (mind you they were about 5min away from my address) I stupidly gave them the pin thinking they are changing the address only to find out they ended the trip as food delivered! I’m frustrated and furious at the fact that Ubereats does not have any procedures that protect us or I can report because they make it as hard as possible to report anything! There is no customer service number or email to contact Ubereats and the systems put in place HAVE NEVER WORKED! You try to report something about an order then when you need to select that specific order, THERE ARE NO PREVIOUS ORDERS TO SELECT!
