Useless app

I am fed up with your service and your partners if it’s not this it’s that , I placed an order at Chicken Licken 10 wings and two pieces of meat. When the driver arrived my two piece was missing so I logged a query to be reimbursed but now you guys are reimbursing me R14.70 yet I paid R49 why is that ? I can’t even dispute because your stupid app has closed the query so can someone who has brains rectify this , once this is done I am deleting this stupid app
