Useless

I ordered for a meeting over 2 hours ago. The meeting is over and the other party has left. The Uber Eats app simply keeps changing the anticipated arrival time and the scooter is all over and nowhere near me - heading in several different directions - the food was ready and the app said 'picking up your order at 12H20 - it is now 13H55. The vendor is 4kms away - the scooter driver has a voice mail which doesn't correspond with the number I dialed - more than R300 has been taken off my account and I doubt I will ever receive the food
