I have made an order at Chicken Licken Epson Downs, my order was confirmed and said it will arrive at 13:35 as shown the driver who will deliver, i have NEVER received a call from that specific driver, by 13:50, I have called the driver with no answer and see the status says delivered, i then called the store to inquire , the Sharon asissted me and say your order has been delivered i told her no oreder was deliverted and she said most of the driver the too other customer's food is theri norm, i then wrote a complain to Ubereats Support, their responds was the driver followed their policy and my order are not eligible for refund, i then asked if the driver did not deliver food as i confirmed where did the drive too food to, back to the store ore personal use? I havent got any responds in that regard, so when your use Ubereats at Chicken Licken in Epson Downs, you do it as your own peril you migth not receive the order, they are not good at all, customers are complain each an every day, I really need help.
