Use Uber eats at your own risk

I ordered KFC online through Uber Eats. My order showed up. When I contacted delivery guy, he never picked up my phone. I then went to KFC thinking he might have returned my order to the store. The guy never went back. When I contacted Uber Eats, they refused to refund my money, saying the guy came & he tried contacting me. I thought this company was reliable, but I thought wrong. So guys use Uber eats on your own risk. If their staff decide to eat your order, they don't deal with their staff. They won't refund you.
