Use a local supplier rather

Not only did the driver make off with my dinner, Uber eats had decided to not help at all. I have been waiting over 2 hours for the pizza that never came. The solution? Refuse all communication and cancel the order 2 hours after it was placed. No option on the app for assistance, you can't call and talk to a human being. Uber drivers also make you wait for a while and then cancel as they're about to arrive, making you late and frustrated at double the price of their competitors. Waste of time and money.
