Urgent: Refund Not Received for Undelivered Order (May 25, 2025)

Dear Uber Support,

I am writing to express my frustration regarding a refund that I have been waiting on since May 25, 2025. I placed a food order through my friend’s Uber account, using my debit card, and while the payment was successfully debited, the order was never delivered.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I have yet to receive a refund. This delay is completely unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed by the lack of resolution and communication.

Please treat this as an urgent matter. I expect a full refund to be processed immediately, and I would appreciate confirmation of the transaction and the timeline for when I can expect the funds to reflect in my account.
