Urgent

I've ordered on the 10/02/2022 2 cheese burger meals, they food never arrived and they took my money, I tried to call them several times including the driver no luck, on the very same day I've ordered again same meal with them they took my money again for two meal but they've delivered one meal I called them back again no answer. I had to call McDonald's in Brackenhurst at McDonald's they told me I have to resolve the issue with uber eats of which they're not reachable and it's not for the fist time. I guess it's time they close uber eats because it's like a **** you'll never order and get exactly what you've ordered. All I need from them is to return my money to my account
