Urber eats refuse a refund for not delivering my food.

I placed an order for food from MacDonalds Tokai. An hour and 30mim the support teams refuse to talk to me or cancel my order and refund me. The driver Chris refuse to answer my messgaes or calls. Macdonald say they don't jave an order for me but the app has been showing for 45min that the driver is on his way. Taking screen shots.
