Urber Eats - Do Dot Deliver customer's Food

ordered Pizza last night- the app said - (" enjoy your order") but no order was delivered, after several calls to Deboniars where I ordered- they gave me a number of the driver. Which goes to voice mail, We are still waiting for the order after a day gone by.

The Driver's Name is Clement -***0- is he dead, ****** or a *****?

Please can we have our order or refund- otherwise we will take this further
