Unsecure Uber Leads To F R A U D

Absolutely infuriated!! On 04th October 2024, Friday, I was notified of two payments been made to "Uber Trip Helper" of R 553.13 and R554.35 within seconds of each other between 15:30 and 15:45. I immediately reported this as ***** to my bank. I cannot find any method of proper contact or channels of communication where I can have things in writing either via E-Mail or WhatsApp. That is a lot of money for me to lose and I cannot seem to get a hold of Uber to investigate this matter and retrieve my money back.
