Unsatisfied customer due to unfair resolution

Uber Eats is so unreliable. They issue pin codes for the customer to show as a delivery safety. But they deliver any where without even asking for that pin they issued. Now the real buyer suffers the consequences. And they don't want to refund. Blaming the customer that is their fault because they called. But the customer is waiting at the gate and they are no where to be found.
