Unsatisfied and unhappy customer

Am highly disappointed in Uber Eats, today, lunch time I ordered a meal from them which was McDonald's meal. Arrived on time but when driver was giving me my order, my drink was leaking, then he gave my packet which was soiled at the bottom and he didn't border to explain himself. I then asked, he said the drink fell and said I must take it, he is letting his company know about it, they are going to send me another meal. Then off I went.

Also on the rating app, I wrote to them but amazingly the email that I have received so far, was an email alerting me about the deduction. No response from them or whatsoever yet their burger was soaky wet.
