Unsatisfactory Response to wrong items that are given from McDonald’s Shallcross .

I ordered a Big Mac Friends Meal from McDonalds Shallcross via UberEats today . Whilst ordering I selected no lettuce, no onions, no pickles on the options to remove the items from the burger . When I received the burger it had garnish , almost immediately I reported this on the app and still haven’t gotten any response from them back . I called McDondalds Shallcross and they were of no help whatsoever , insisted it’s not their fault but the ubereats driver then proceeded to say it’s not the drivers fault but the workers fault so I asked the manager why did they not follow instructions when it was clear that I did not want the garnish in the burger and would not be eating the burger and what should I do with the burger . She stated it can be wasted and thrown away if I don’t have anyone to give it to . I stated I’m paying money for a burger that I’m not going to eat and she said she can’t do anything about it I must just report it on the ubereats app and they would send someone to collect a new burger . I stated uber would not even get back to me anytime soon and just refund me the money back 2 days later when I’m currently hungry . The manager verbalised that she can’t help me in any sort of way and that she would speak to the staff cause they don’t take their job seriously . I stated McDonald’s Shallcross has a very big problem if that’s the case as why they are hiring *********** people to do the job who don’t follow instructions when given all they do is laugh and make a big noise when orders are not packed correctly according to how the customer asked for their meals to be and that this always happens to me at this branch they only mess up my order . I informed the manager that if someone has dietary restrictions or allergies it’s a serious matter and they are stating they want certain things removed it should be removed . It’s absolutely pathetic and very disappointing that UberEats doesn’t respond in time when people need assistance as there is no contact number or anything of that sort to contact them immediately . Very disappointed in McDonald’s Shallcross and their ignorance and negligence of how they treat their jobs and customers .
