Unruly drivers

Good Day We own a restaurant on the corner of Ross and Ottery roads in wynberg. Every single day we have to ask your drivers to please move their bikes as they are parking infront of our door and blocking our entrance. They are parking on the pavement right infront of our doors. They are not collecting from us at all as we are not yet registered with you, they should be parking infront of the business they collecting from. Tonight one of your drivers got rude vulgar and physical with Me (a woman)

Kindly please deal with your drivers as we cannot keep asking and receiving this kind of response from them.
