Unresolved Order and No Refund – Terrible Service!

On January 24, 2025, I ordered a Hake wrap and mini Hot Pot from FishAways in Queenswood. John Richards took my order but never delivered it. He claimed there were traffic cops everywhere and couldn’t reach my location. When I raised the issue with Uber Eats, they told me they couldn't assist. I was supposed to be refunded R109.30, but nothing has been resolved. This feels like a ****.
