Unreliable service providers

I’m quite annoyed with certain restaurants not being available more often than not. I would rather have those unreliable restaurants not be listed on ubereats at all. My complaint is directed to one restaurant in particular, whom has irritated me enough to write a negative review - Saigon in Rivonia. They are not available 60% of the times I’ve intended to order from them. I would like to assurance that the restaurants listed on ubereats are reliable and available during business hours.
