Unreliable ****** and *******

I ordered food at Steers via the Uber Eats. The food was not delivered to me. I don't know if the driver stole the food or he delivered to the wrong address. I was tracking my order on the App and the driver marked my order as delivered while I was standing out there waiting. I call Steers and they gave me the driver's number which was going to voicemail. I rushed to Steers and they tried to call the driver with no success. I logged a complaint with Uber few minutes after and they blatantly refused to investigate the matter and refused to refund me the money.
