Unreliable!

Ordered food at Debonairs Dube on the 23rd of August 2020 with UberEats but my order didn’t arrive and the driver was non contactable anymore. I used the app to complain however they promised to refund, I still haven’t received my refund, went to the restaurant to speak to the manager about it, he still hasn’t given me feedback regarding my funds. Both these businesses are unreliable and pathetic.
