Unreliable

I ordered late at 9pm at a shop closing at 10pm. I waited for my order to be delivered for more than an hour. Estimated delivery time kept changing and the driver’s phone was off. I had to cancel my order after all shops were closed I had to sleep with hunger. Never ever relay on this app in my life 😢. Worse part I couldn’t even cancel the order it kept saying “contacting agent”.
