Unrecognized charge on my bank card from Uber Eats

I have an outstanding issue regarding my virtual bank card that was used to make a transaction of R771.70 on the 16th of January 2024 that is not even appearing under my Uber Eats account and I didnt authorize or make that transaction from my side. I have escalated this matter with screenshots of my bank statement to Uber Support but they keep asking me to send additional information on the above issue. When I ask what other kind of information they need, I just get a generic response to send additional information. Upon me escalating the matter the first time, I included all the information they requested, on another email they sent, I sent the very same information they required but I just get generic responses. What must I do, as no one has access to my virtual bank card nor does anyone have access to my phone without my permission, and that transaction was not even made from my Uber Eats app/account?
