Unrecognised transactions

Yesterday money went off my account and the reference was ubereats and I went to the app to enquire about the transaction mind you I did not make any order and when I enquired they said that it’s one of the people that have my account but the people that have my account did not make any orders yesterday and since I asked for the details of what was ordered they never got back to me I will never ever use it this is not the first time I was disappointed by Ubereats but this was the las straw very useless and does not protect peoples accounts
