unrecognised charged on bank account

On Jan 1 , a transaction of 2667.73 was debited to my account - I queried with Uber and a few ups and down for information and pictures sent to Uber. Uber come back and cannot track transaction and closed the transaction. Logged another query, provide information and they come back we see that this issued was raised before and refer me to the prior conversation. But they have closed the query with no response required.

My query for the invoice to validate the charge on the bank account and see where the transaction was executed from. Now 8 days later i have not received the invoice to support the transaction
