Unreceived ordered

I ordered food with your app and your driver claimed on the app that my food was delivered when it was not. I tried to call the customer care line and couldn't be helped. I was told to select an option for uber eats and when i did it didnt go through. I was told that "if you cant access uber eats its unfortunate that we cant help you" but now the problem is my money is gone. Please bring back my money because it does not grow on trees. Im really not happy with your service.
