Unreasonable charges

Extremely upset with the service from Uber eats. I received vouchers from doing survey's and upon trying to use them I accidentally selected cash order. I immediately contacted support to try correct the error. The order was cancelled, before even being accepted by the restaurant and now I must pay R93.80 before I can even think of using Uber eats again. This is dispicable service!! Absolute ******* as far as I can see! Needless to say... Me and my family went without food, thank you Uber eats😡
