Unprofessionalism

My friend and I ordered lunch together at Kung fu Kitchen via Uber Eats, the payment went through and we got confirmation that our order has been received. The UberEats driver collected our food from Kung Fu Kitchen and we were able to track and see how far he is. When he was a couple of minutes away from us, we couldn't track him anymore so we called Kung Fu Kitchen and they confirmed the UberEats driver collected our order we then asked for the driver's name and phone number so we could call him, maybe he got lost. We dialed the number and it was saying "number does not exist" we then called the UberEats helpline which was a complete waste of time cause the answering machine kept saying "there is no available operator in your area" something along those lines. What is the point of a helpline if we cant even get assistance, let alone speak to a operator. Whilst we still trying to figure out what to do, we get a bank notification with the money UberEats had deducted. Im guessing our order got cancelled, no communication as to why our order got cancelled. Nothing. Needless to say, I'm very displeased.
