Please take into consideration that the unqualified motorcycle drivers are not handling customer deliveries properly. Every time I order on Uber, I end up requesting a refund because my food is always cold and damaged, as if it has been thrown around in the back of the motorcycle boxes.

The drivers appear to be unprofessional, unqualified, and untrained, lacking any knowledge on how to secure the food properly. If this issue is resolved, I would not need to complain repeatedly. Doing the job right the first time will prevent these problems.

I believe if more customers were aware of this issue, there would be even more complaints.
