Unprofessional , Unhygienic and Disrespectful to clients

I have ordered Pedro's with Ubereats, but did not received my order. When I checked on the app the driver took a picture of my order on the side of the road where he claimed he came to my flat left the order not even at the security gate but down n a busy public walk way. Even if I have found my food who can eat unhygienic food that is left down the dirty walk way? And when i am calling the number of rhe driver from the app he is rejecting my calls. I log a complaint on uber eats still has not responded they telling me the driver eliverd my order . Its not the 1st time having issues with ubereats in 2020 the delivered my order from steers wit a missing drink and promise to refund me but the never did until I let it slide . I wish I can upload the picture that delivery guy took so everyone can see you can still eat that food that it placed in such condition. I even paid tip online for delivery guy to act this rude . I want my refund .
