Unprofessional Uber Driver - Elvis - Left my food on the parking area pavement.

UberEats driver left my food the parking area pavement, only because he refused to get out of his car and hand my food over to the receptionist at work. This behavior is totally unacceptable and I dont understand what type of customer services is being delivered by these driver.
