Unprofessional *******

I ordered Steers, the app said technical error please try again. Then I did it ordered again. I then receive my order and the 10min later another order. They charge me twice. When I query this, I got a big **** you from Uber eats. Some generic response saying it’s my fault and should just get on with my life. Never using this service again, and alerted my bank about a ********** transaction.
