Unprofessional service, they dont care at all

I am extremely disappointed with Uber’s handling of my recent order. The driver marked the order as delivered after leaving it at my complex gate, which is directly next to a public road. This is an unsafe and unacceptable delivery location.

When I arrived at the gate, the order was already missing. The driver did not attempt to hand the order to me, nor did they make any effort to contact me before leaving it unattended.

I contacted Uber Support to resolve the matter, but I was informed that my complaint does not qualify for a refund. I requested proof that the driver attempted to call or contact me, and this request was refused.

Leaving an order in a public area without confirmation and then denying accountability does not meet reasonable service or delivery standards. As a customer, I expected Uber to take responsibility for a clearly flawed delivery process.

I am disappointed by the lack of transparency, accountability, and customer support in this matter.
