Unprofessional service

I ordered food on the app and well I received half cooked meat and well I was told when I logged a complaint. I was told that these things happen, and this is after I had to order different food on another platform. That means I paid twice for dinner and they do not even want to do the least by refunding me. I loved this platform but didn't expect this customer service. And they just stopped replying to me on the app. Expected more professionalism from the but got the worst after using the platform for so long. And well went to place a review on playstore and saw that many other people have complaints
