Unprofessional

It should not even be a 1 star should be a zero, but unfortunately I do not have that option. Ordered from UberEats today, driver did not see the note about him bringing change for R100, the first thing he says before even greeting me is are you going to tip me? I asked him about the change and he said he only has R5 on him whereas my change was supposed to be R18.28. As the good Samaritan I told him to take the money and please bring back my change (I have done it with MrD drivers countless times and they have never failed me) It is end of day now, still nothing from the driver. I am very disappointed.
