Unprofessional driver! Bad service, no accountability held to the drivers.

My husband and I placed an order, thereafter I was notified of the driver collecting the delivery from the restaurant. The driver never came near to delivering to us, never asked security to call our unit and didnt bother to send us a message either. After tracking the driver for over an hour we could see he had driven to Roodeport and was located there for the entire hour post the delivery time. This driver has made us want to NEVER use this service again. This is not the first issues I have had with the drivers.
